Work Package 1:
Project Management

Focuses on coordinating and overseeing the project, ensuring smooth implementation, financial management, and monitoring progress through regular evaluations and feedback.

Work Package 2:
Analysis and Creation

Involves designing an innovative AI curriculum and educational tools tailored to various student levels, fostering digital skills and adaptability in school education.

Work Package 3: Experimentation

Pilots the AI course in partner schools using a blended learning model, testing its effectiveness and gathering feedback from teachers and students to refine resources.

Work Package 4: Dissemination and Impact

Aims to maximize project visibility by creating a dedicated portal, organizing events, and producing materials to engage educators, policymakers, and the public, ensuring long-term impact.

To ensure the successful implementation and dissemination of this initiative, several key events are planned. These include Transnational Project Meetings (TPM), which will bring together the partner organizations to coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure the quality of project outputs.
